Item damaged during delivery due to very poor packaging - Replacement refused by Royalclub

Kept it unopened till my son’s birthday only to realise the 22/11/24
It was very poorly packaged with just the cardboard box and no padding.
When my son opened it on his birthday, the wood was cracked open.
I sent an email to Royalclub requesting a replacement, and n the 26/11/24 I called the company.
They simply refused to replace it because the time frame between the arrival of the item on the mail and when I realised it was damaged was too long.
This company is clearly incompetent regarding the way they package their products.
It is unacceptable for a company to not take responsibility for something that is their own making.
They can have their $150, I’ll never buy from them again.
