Our Warehouses will be closing on Thursday 24th December at 12pm and reopening on Monday 4th January 2021 at 8am
Delivery Outside Australia?
Royalclub Australia only ships products throughout Australia, not overseas.
Royalclub Australia will aim to dispatch our products from 1-3 business days.
Orders returned to Royalclub Australia as undelivered due to insufficient or incorrect delivery address provided, it will incur a re-delivery charge of $10.00
Product Delivery Charges
Product deliveries priced at UNDER $200 will receive a handling charge of $10.00. Deliveries priced OVER $200 will not receive a handling charge. Handling charges refer specifically to one order and one delivery location, multiple orders may not be combined.

Accidents happen, we at Royalclub Australia will replace any items which are faulty. Simply send us an email with a picture of the defective item to Customer Service via email at email@example.com within 7 days of order delivery.
Received a broken or chipped product? We will replace any items which arrive damaged. Simply email a picture of the broken item to Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of order delivery.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? That's okay, notify us within 7 days and we'll refund your order.
