Change of Mind
Change of mind orders are accepted, provided they are undamaged, unused and in original condition and packaging. To return item/s you must notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Please email Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your return and receive a instructions on how to return your item/s.
If you are requesting a refund, the cost of the product(s) will be refunded upon receipt of the return. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Any delivery costs associated with the original order will not be refunded (unless the product is broken/faulty). Any delivery costs relating to the return will not be covered.
